Born in Scotland and, as cliché has it, moved to Texas as soon as I could!

Having assimilated fully into my new Country, and the State of Texas, driving a Ford F150, wearing cowboy boots, with a LTC in my wallet, and the South Texas sun shining relentlessly it would be hard to contemplate a return to “Bonnie Scotland” other than as my vacation spot of choice.

However there is nothing wrong with celebrating one’s heritage.

To translate the motto above to the New World and “English” first think in a broad Scottish accent and then you have:

“Dinnae mess wi’ Texas pal!”
